Visit Valkenburg

Day 1

Meet your Coach at your Chosen pick up location, Travel towards Dover for sailing into Dunkirk. On arrival to Dunkirk continue your onward journey to Valkenburg

Day 2

After Breakfast
Today is spent at leisure exploring the delights of the Valkenburg, strolling around these amazing
streets you’ll find some beautiful home-made crafts, the spectacular caves and delightful cafés and
bars, not forgetting to explore the amazing caves.

Day 3

After Breakfast we cross into Germany to the delightful Aachen, with some free time to explore this
little German City. After some free time, we head to the Three-Border Region in Vaals, the place
where Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet. At a height of 323 m, it is also the highest point
of the Netherlands we spend some time hopping between three countries. This afternoon we head
back to Valkenburg.

Day 4

This morning after breakfast we leave the hotel and head to Maastricht for some free time, explore
its historic Vrijthof square, dominated by the Basilica of Saint Servatius and the Basilica of Our Lady.
Other key attractions are the Dominicanenkerk, a 13th-century church transformed into a
bookstore, the historic St. Servatius Bridge, and the medieval Helpoort (Hell Gate) or take a tour of
one of the 100’s of underground caves and caverns under the city.

Day 5

Enjoy Breakfast in the hotel before Departing for the Ferry Crossing. On arrival to Dover travel back to Wales with a comfort stop on route.
