Have a mobility scooter?
We are able to take mobility scooters onboard our coaches in the lockers underneath. If you are taking a mobility scooter please ensure that we are aware and it is placed on your booking.
1. What are the requirements for mobility scooters that can be taken on the coach?
Mobility scooters have to be under 25kg and be able to fully collapse or come apart.
Mobility scooters over 25kg and/or are unable to collapse down can be refused by the driver.
Please note our drivers are not insured to place your mobility schooter in the lockers under the coach, it is at the drivers own risk and digression.
2. Are all hotels mobility scooter accessible?
Some of our hotels that we use do have steps into the establishment, the majority of the hotels do have disabled entrances which may need to be accessed by the side of the hotel. Please check with our team regarding any hotels you are interested in booking.

Yes we do allow most walking aids including zimmer frames, wheeled walkers and folded walkers.
Back To Top4. Do you have wheelchair accessible coaches?
Yes we do have a selection of coaches which have a wheelchair lift. Please ensure when booking you make us aware that a wheelchair lift is needed. This is subject to availability.
