Day 1

Meet your coach at your chosen pick-up point and begin your journey towards Windsor, where you’ll enjoy free time to explore the charming streets, riverside views, shops, and cafés at your leisure. Later in the day, continue on to your hotel for check-in and an evening at leisure to relax and unwind.

Day 2

After breakfast, rejoin your coach for a glamorous day at Ascot Ladies Day—so dust off your finest outfit and dress to impress for one of the most stylish events of the year. Enjoy the excitement, fashion, and atmosphere of race day before returning to your hotel in the evening for time at leisure.

Day 3

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and travel to the charming town of Kingston upon Thames, where you’ll enjoy free time to explore the riverside, browse the shops, or relax in one of the many cafés. Later in the afternoon, rejoin your coach and begin your journey home to Wales.

Set in 11 acres of grounds, 8 miles from Heathrow, Holiday Inn London-Shepperton has full leisure facilities, a bar, a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, a bath, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Other facilities include tea/coffee, irons and work desks. Some rooms have bathrobes and slippers. The leisure centre at Holiday Inn Shepperton includes an indoor heated Swimming Pool, fully equipped gym, hot tub, steam room, various fitness classes and beauty treatment rooms.
