2026 - Christmas in North Wales

Day 1

Depart from your home area in the morning and travel to Mold, arriving late afternoon at Beaufort Park Hotel. 4 nights stay – dinner, bed and breakfast including 3 lunches. A warm welcome awaits our arrival with tea and mince pies. In the evening join your hosts and fellow guests for a sherry reception, then enjoy our traditional Welsh evening of entertainment.

Day 2

After a hearty Welsh Breakfast, pick up your packed lunch before we travel to the historic city of Chester. The city dates back to the Middle Ages with its Roman walls and famous "Rows" - a medieval shopping complex with all the well-known high street names to be found on two levels. It is famous for its many half-timbered houses and its 2-mile path around the top of the red sandstone battlements. You will have plenty of time for shopping, sightseeing or simply soaking up the atmosphere. In the evening there will be more festive entertainment after dinner. If you wish to visit a local church for Midnight Mass, please ask at reception for details in advance.

Day 3

A hearty breakfast, then time to open your presents, and relax! Join fellow guests in the Westminster Suite for a glass of Bucks Fizz and Christmas carols before a traditional Christmas Day Lunch. Make a toast to absent friends and await Santa who will no doubt be dropping by. This afternoon watch the King’s speech, enjoy a film, and play ‘Guess the Weight of the Christmas Cake’. In the evening, there will be a festive buffet dinner followed by entertainment.

Day 4

We start our day with breakfast then take a tour through the scenic Clwydian Range, returning to the hotel for time to relax. We enjoy an afternoon of fun and games, with a break for Afternoon Tea. Our final evening dinner will be followed by musical entertainment.

Day 5

After breakfast, we leave and begin our journey home.
