£30pp Non refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot on this trip.

Final balance must be paid 50 days prior to the departure date

Travel packs

You will recieve a travel pack 7-14 days prior to the departure of the trip, this will include all the information you need such as your pick up time, hotel information, attraction information (if applicable) and a full itinerary for the trip.

It is important to note that you will never receive tickets for your entry to attractions from us, as they are given on the day of the trip to avoid them being lost.

All pick up times stated prior to receiving the travel pack are ESTIMATES and may be subject to change.

These will be emailed to you, unless stated otherwise.

 

Cancellation T&C'S

Please note that this trip will need to be fully paid for 50 days prior to the departure date.

Failure to do so may result in you being cancelled off the trip and a loss of balance.

50+ Days prior to departure - Loss of deposit

0-49 Days prior to departure - Loss of full balance.

It is important to note that we take in to careful consideration if you have additional needs or a physical disability, while we understand that some people may have mobility issues and such, it iis out of our control whether we can guarantee an adapted room to your needs, although we make every effort to make this possible, it is purely up to the hotel. We do try our best to make this possible for everyone, as we know how important it is.
