Please note we do our best for all of your party to be sat together on the polar express experience, however especially with larger groups this is not always possible. Along with this if you are a family of 2 or 3 you will have other passengers sat with your party.

Travel Packs

You will receive a full information travel pack 7-14 days before your departure

Inside your travel pack you will get confirmed pick up times and point, hotel information, destination information, itinerary and attraction infromation (if applicable)

All pick up times are approximate upon booking and will be confirmed in your travel pack

These will be emailed to you unless stated otherwise.
