1. What are the office opening hours?
Our Usual office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: CLOSED
Bank Holidays: CLOSED
2. How much deposit do you require?
Deposits differ depending on the trip.
The majority of our tous are a £50 per person deposit which is non-refundable and payable upon booking. Some tours may have a larger deposit to cover costs of attractions, excursions and tickets.
Disneyland Paris breaks are £60 per person deposit
Day Trips are £25 per person deposit
3. How can I pay?

4. Do you arrange payment plans?
You are able to pay for your holiday easily by calling us on 01267222002 or visitng our website at www.coraclecoaches.co.uk and logging into your account. We do not offer direct debit payments but you can pay off as much or as little whenever you can before the full payment date.

Your travel documents will include your chosen pick up points, seating plan, passenger information, itinerary, room and hotel details. You will receive this up to 2 weeks before departure by email or post
Back To Top6. Where do you pick up and do you do home pickups?
Our pick up points are able to be found on our website at https://www.coraclecoaches.co.uk/Pick-up-points - some pick up points may have an additional fee.
If your require a home pick up then we are able to pick you up from home at an agreed time to bring you to one of our pick up points. We also offer 'off the map' pick up points if you find it easier to commute to another destination as long as it is agreed with our Transport Manager at the time of booking.
7. Can my 12 year old daughter go on a day trip with her 16 year old sister?
Unfortunately not, due to health and safety everyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 years old.

We do not allow drinking or vaping on any one of our coaches or tours. This is for the consideration of the other passengers sharing the coach with you.

We do not supply travel insurance with any one of our tours, we strongly suggest to take out travel insurance when travelling with us.
