We require a 20% deposit per person per booking. The remaining balance then needs to be paid 42 days prior to departure.

We try to accommodate every customer we deal with regarding payment plans, we do offer payment plans and taylor them to your needs. Please be aware that it is your responsibilty to make sure that payment is made on time. With every payment made you will recieve an invoice stating how much has been paid and your remaining balance. Balances need to be cleared 42 days prior to departure.
Your travel documents will include your chosen pick up points, seating plan, passenger information, room and hotel details and itinerary. You will recieve this up to 2 weeks before departure by email or post.

If you require a home pick up then we are able to pick you up from home at an agreed time to bring you to one of our pick up points. We also offer 'off the map' pick up points if you find it easier to commute to another destination as long as it is agreed with our Transport Manager at the time of booking.
Unfortunately not, due to health and safety everyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 years old.
We do not allow drinking or vaping on any one of our coaches or tours. This is for the consideration of the other passengers sharing the coach.
We do not supply travel insurance with any one of our tours, we strongly suggest to take out travel insurance when traveling with us.
